After an invigorating hike to the Osprey nests at Bliss State Park, Lake Tahoe, we quickly set up our easles at the lake shore.  This fabulous tree caught my eye, towering over sparkling water.  Storm clouds moved in rapidly, as they so often do on a Sierra afternoon, making for a gorgeous sky.   My paint brush kept pace with the clouds, and I quickly captured what I felt essential about the scene.  A little clean up in the studio, and voila, a piece of Lake Tahoe! ed the subtle colors
