Birds and Kayakers alike are drawn to the slough for its fertile waters and abundant wildlife. Well, I guess the kayakers just come to look, while the birds are definitely here for the buffet... us plein-air painters get to witness the whole show. It is so absorbing that I (almost) don't notice the fridgid air. ~~~ |
